Holster for Single Six

Will holster for Vacaro's fit my Single Six?

Yes, but may be a little loose.  You will want a snap flap or retainer strap.

Go to www.ruger.com
hit the accessories area and they have leather holsters in that section and when I got one a couple of years ago it was really cheap.
$35-40 if i remember.
You vaquero frame is a lot larger and if you sit down the single six will fall out.

Yeah it will hold it while walking, but it's going to be really loose.

As another guy said, ruger is selling ones that will fit the single six and bear cat and really good prices.

Here is what I use for most of my Rugers.  I have carried my 357, 32 mag, and vacquero in the same holster as needed.

I bought a used holster when I bought the Single Six and it seem too tight. My only complaint with it has been I don't get to shoot it as much as I would like.
Saftey tip, don't fire a .22 mag in a metal barn without hearing protectors!
