Reccomendations for a Texas Dall Ram Hunt/NE-E Texas

 I need any reccomendations available for an outfitter in NE or E Texas for a Texas Dall Ram. Need a place that allows Rifle and Bow Hunting.

Merry Christmas BKS.  I do not know if it is still in business, but you can google Cougar Run Ranch.  If I remember correctly, they were not too far from Houston, an hour drive East or NE.  They had exotics, hogs etc.. and had at one time pretty reasonable prices.   That might be too far south for you, but is a place to look at.
