I look forward to giving it a try. I have never tried the 1oz loads before.
As far as powder drops, I find that as I use so many different powders for loading, and to have all the needed bushings, as well as problems with poor weight drops, I have resorted to using my RCBS powder thrower for charging the shells. As I have a single stage loader, and I am not in a big hurry to get the shells done, I find this solves the problem. I charge 50 sized, and primed shells at a time, (checking the drop weight every so often), then I run the shells through the wad/shot insertion, and on to the crimp stages. I can do 3 shells at one time for every pull of the handle. One shell is in the final crimp, one in the pre-crimp, one getting the wad/shot insertion. Works very well. :grin:
