broken crosshairs

i have a Bushnell banner 2.5 scope the cross hares broke  will Bushnell fix this problem are do i just forget it? hate to lose it it worked great on my muzzle loader

Maybe but I doubt it and unless really new definitely not under warranty. Even if they will it likely will cost nearly as much as a new scope. I'd say chalk it up to experience, do a better job of mounting the next one and go buy a replacement but do be sure to mount this one correctly. Scope breakage of that sort is almost always a result of improper mounting.

I don't know if things have changed at Bushnell or not. I had a Bushnell red dot scope. The dot fell to the bottom of the scope and stayed there. This scope had been on two or three shotguns. Sent it to Bushnell and six weeks i had a new updated model in my hands. No charge.
