What kind of leathers?
« on: February 15, 2009, 11:57:54 AM »
I am going to start looking into buying some leathers. First things first, I need a vest. I am a CCW holder in the state of Kansas. So I am looking at getting a Vest the allows me to carry, while still being easily accessible and yet still be hidden. This is what I am looking at.

Let me know what you guys think. And if you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears. Thanks

I like the vest. Buy it and let us know how it works for you. Maybe I would buy one.

when yu get ready to buy a jacket yu might look at langlitz, i have one of their custom jackets that has a special pocket for a pistol.they are pricey but definitely worth it, the last one i had lasted me 25 yrs and was used when i got it.i havent tried it but the leather on my latest one is so thick id swear it would turn a bullet from a 25 pistol.

I just bought a Milwaukee Leather 10-pocket jacket that I like real well.  It has a zipper inside of the vent zipper that opens up a pocket for a pistol and has an extra mag pouch.  I haven't put a weapon in there so to speak but it holds my small Bible real nicely!

This is my idea of the proper leathers to be worn while aboard the old scooter. ;D
