Where o Where?

Does any 1 know where a person kand find a complete or stripped uper for a AR-15 in 5.56? i have called all over the country and cant find any place that has these was wondering if anybody new of a place. o dont tell me to surch the internet because i have and they  are all out that i have called

I know where to get complete 16" mid length uppers. i am just wanting a flattop reciver so i can take the 1 off my a2  and make it a flattop
