why would you want to or try to influence someone to change what they carry?
If the fool wants to carry pepper spray-let him carry pepper spray! (hopefully he left his stuff to you in his will.)
If a grizz wants to kill you- you better have in your hand the most KD power you have! If it's a rifle- I hope you have it in your hand-not with its sling tangled up in the straps on your pack! If you are carryin a handgun- I hope the one shot you get hits the brain or spine!
I've never been around a PO'D grizzly, but what I have in my hand when It happens is 100% better than an expert sitting behind his monitor thinks what I should be carrying?
