A friend was out metal detecting the other day and found the above cartridge.

I can't find anything on it. Any ideas guys? :roll:

Would WCC make ammo for this round?  It is possible, because the Russians were here in the area or someone could have had one.

Yes, the Russians contracted out ammunition making as well as firearms making.  It would be quite likely that American manufactured ammo would be found in Rissia.  How it got to AK, well, that might be a story.
