21" blue, full vent rib, and screw in choke. Is it worth anything as a shooter or collector or just a novelty?

My son has one and loves it bought new from ed for 210.00 last year. I have seen one in stainless for 225 at gun show and ed still has them in stock but not sure on one with the screw in choke.
