Contender Screw Insert

I just received a barrel I bought and noticed the little dove tail
threaded screw insert is missing.
Anyone know where I can get one?

Oh, also I need to find the little semi triangular
grip bottom plate.

The best thing to do is to give TC a call.  I bet they will send you what you need free.  If not the charge will be small.
