savage 220d 410 single shot

have a 220d , about 40 years old, ( have no trigger pull) does not shoot when trigger is pulled back -shot ok last week- any ideas or" how tos with pics" ?

could be a lot of things it is hard to tell wiht out seeing it.
you could have a broken firing pin or spring.
you should take it to a good gunsmith and have them look at it.

i was told the trigger was very hard to pull( would make a loud pop when pulled) now there is no pull and no firing -- is there any pics of what the gun trigger, etc should look like , when ok- if possible "do it yourself" repair ? thanks

if you pull the stock off you may be able to see your problem, sounds like something broke and is jamming up the works or something may have just loosened and fell apart and is jamming it, but you'll never know if you don't pull it apart.
