What do i do?
« on: January 28, 2009, 01:11:33 AM »
I don't know where this belongs if anywhere. A year and a half ago i was charged with a felony. The new york state trooper came to my house and took all of my long guns and hand guns. This was later  found to be untrue. The charges were later reduced to a violation. My attorney and the judge admitted that the only reason i was charged with anything was to keep me from fileing an unlawful arrest against the state troopers. They are now in possesion of thirty seven of my fire arms. I am now haveing one heck of a time getting them back. Does anyone have any ideas what i should do about this? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes.  Contact the NRA and ask for their legal assistance department.  hth.  Mikey.

It will take a lawyer.  By just threating, using a lawyer, a lawsuit against the state troopers, you could use that to get your guns back in order to drop the suit.
