What scope is on your CZ 452 22LR?

What scope is on your CZ 452?
Interested in hearing about what's on 22 LRs since the 17's and 22 mags don't go trans-sonic in less than 100.
I have been moving scopes around from other guns to get a feel for what I might want, but may be missing something. 
I am leaning toward one with AO since it shoots so well at 100 yds.  I will use this mostly on paper, although I might go after the occasional shotshell hull sunning itself on the range.

I have a Full Stock 452. I mounted a tip-off rail, and QD rings from Warne hold a Leupold Ultralight 2.5x20 scope. This set up allows me to shoot with the aperture sight (i replaced the blade), and with the scope.
Excellent scope. Bright, sharp, long ER, easy to aim, quick on target. However, the heavy reticle is a bit too heavy for fine target shooting. I may send it back to Leupold to replace the reticle with something that still has heavy posts for but fine cross in the middle.
No problem shooting clays at 100, but at 50 yards a squirells' head is kind of hidden behind the heavy reticle.
However, this set up is really functional and good looking.

IMO the Nikon Prostaff 2-7X32 in Leupold split .22 rings is perfect on the 452.

I think it would depend on what model 452 You have.
I have LUX that I kept the Iron Sights on.
I want to get:
An American 16' and stick a Weaver 2.5-7X32 on it as a small game rifle.
and American with any of the 3-9X38 or 40's would work well as a standard 22 rifle.
I have a Leupold Var X II 3-9X40 on a 10/22T that works wonders.  @ 9 power the plex is right on to break clay birds at 150 yards.
And the 452 Varmint I already have a Bushnell 6-18X40 AO for it All I need is my State to cough up what they owe me and One will be ordered. 
I think the large scopes look funny on small or thin barrelled rifles.
My friened had a huge 4-12X50 AO on his Brno Super and it just looked funny.
The Adjustable Objective is a good idea as you can shoot close or far.

Thanks to all for the input.

After playing with it for a couple of weeks using a 4-12x40 AO Banner and a 3-9x40 Trophy with a fixed 150 yd parallax, it looks like my shooting will be mostly 20 yards in my garage and 50 or 100 yds at the range. Just could not get a 150 yd fixed parallax to focus at 20 yds.

I agree that a 50 looks funny on small gun.
I had a 50 on a Handi-rifle and it reminded me of the brontosaurus ribs on the side of the Flintstone's car.

Just ordered a Leupold VX-II 3-9x33 ERF, which is an adjustable objective.

I,ve been gone a few days and didn't see your post....I have that 3-9EFR Leupold in gloss on a 452 Classic with HIGH Burris gloss tip-off rings and it makes a great-balanced package.....good luck and good shooting!!

I have a Model 453 "Varmint" (heavy barreled) CZ with a single-set trigger in  .22 rf that I had my gunsmith pillar-bed the action screws, glas-bed the receiver and re-float the heavy barrel. 

In order to shoot at any range I wish and not have to deal with parallax, I bought a mid-priced center-fire rifle scope on my CZ .22 rimfire rifle... a Bushnell "Legend" 4-12x40mm variable scope with an adjustable objective turret for adjusting out parallax and "plex" type crosshairs.

The scope gathers 91% of available light and is wonderfully clear and sharp at all settings and is also easily and smoothly adjustable for magnification, focus and parallax.  While it's not Bushnell's most expensive scope, it's not their least expensive either... i.e., it's one of their mid-priced center-fire scopes... a lot better quality than any rimfire scope and I'm well-pleased with it.

With the scope set on 12x, I can easily see .22 caliber sized holes in the target at 50 yards... the most common range at which I shoot the .22 rimfire CZ.

None.  I have a 452-2E ZKM with a 28" brl and it shoots great with the iron sights.  No need for a scope on this one.

Just wanted to say you are evil.
My post to you earlier had me looking around for a CZ 452 Varmint and I found one and have a pick up date of the 19th and it will be wearing the 6-18X40AO  on the 22nd.
Now for what rings to use..... ::)
Hope you found what you wanted and are out shooting it.

I have a 452 American. It wears a Swift 6-20x AO scope that I had on hand when I got the rifle. I bough a smaller Tasco mil-dot scope for it and plan to set it up for silhouette shooting.

My wife's 452 scout has a 3x9 Bushnell rimfire scope.

 I have a Weaver 3x9 rimfire AO on mine. I like it very much. It will focus very clearly up close.

On my 452 .22LR Varmint I have a Leupold 3-9EFR and on my .22LR 452FS I have a Leupold VX1 2-7x33. On the lux I just use the open sights. Both scopes work great. I'm a huge fan of Leupold as I have used them on various rifles for over 20 years and have never had problem one.

On my 452 American I use a 4-12X40 AO Bushnell, seems to do the job well enough!
