Found it!
This was imported by EAA also, it seems, and I think same as F.I.E. Super Titan II GT380XE.
For anyone curious:
To disassemble for cleaning:
-Remove the magazine.
-Clear the chamber.
-rotate the take down lever (left side, above the trigger), from 3:00 position to 9:00 position.
-Cock the hammer.
-pull the slide toward the rear, lift up and over the barrel as you pull the slide forward and off.
-Reverse to reassemble.
