Have fixed this rifle shotgun up with advice from this forum and for that help I am grateful.

I ordered spare parts for this gun ..just in case. I ordered from E-gunparts (NUMRICH) 2 extra hammer springs, 2 extra firing pin springs as well as 2 firing pins.

When I looked at their site they showed to types of firing pins and I ordered the firing pin type that looked like mine (They had a photo on line)

Well I got them yesterday the springs were identical and will work perfectly. The firing pins were identical except the actual pin, the part that strikes the primer, was thicker in diameter. The pin part of it will not go into the hole in the receiver where it would slide to strike the primer.

What can I do? file it to fit or what. I do not have anything more that basic tools files, dremel, and so on? I really want these parts for the years ahead my son may not be able to get them if he needs them.

You have a fireing pin for a shotgun or SB1 frame.  If I had to use them I would chuck one up in a drill and use a file while it is spinning to get it to the correct diameter.  Don't go too small or you will have problems with the primer flowing around the pin and into the hole in the frame.  Larry
A gun is just like a parachute, if you ever really need one, nothing else will do.
