  That was pretty accurate for this fall here in central Texas. The only precipitation we had was the brief winter storm this last week. But even then, freezing rain and snow was pretty light.  :(

We got a whopping 3/10 ths of an inch here in NE San Antonio out of that.

  And the weird part is the little rain we got here in Austin was a least encouraging, but at the ranch 55 miles away in Marble Falls, we didn't get a drop. It almost seems there is a "dry line" between Travis and Burnet county.

The latest stats for San Antonio - 17 inches of rain in the last 18 months.
This is the driest 18 month period since records started being kept.
