Here is how it works:
Congress gives Israel millions of our dollars every year along with bombs and missiles. Defense contractor lobbyist give thousands to various congressmen every year. Israel demolishes Gaza with US bombs. Hillary goes to Gaza and promises them $900 million of our tax dollars to rebuild. No doubt firms lobbying congress with more dollars will get many of the contracts. Then Obama promises $23 million of our dollars to bring refugees to America. No doubt our dollars will provide their needs once here.
Who are the winners? the losers?
Isn't it obvious why congress does such stupid things?
