Good morning everyone.  It's snowing and 22 degrees.  Nothing much on the agenda today except physical therapy. Can you hear the screams!   :)

It is a balmy 27 degrees under grey skies . Even Jack the Wonder Airedale is out enjoying the fresh air .

Scream all you want , but do the exercise  . Every one I know under the age of 70 that has had the surgery has stressed the importance of the pain   ::)

Headed out to another meeting.  Richard, leave Kathi alone!  The anniversary isn't until next week.  Double D sorry buddy, wish I could take some of the pain for ya.  Montanan, does the term "bite me" take some of the pleasure from the fishing show? ;D  Sorry, but just a little jealous here.  The rest of ya, have a good day, and tell someone close to ya how much they really mean to ya.  DP
