I would like to thank everyone to for helping me chose my new scope. I bought a Bushnell 3200 elite 3-9x40 with fast focus. I found it for 149.00 (with parka)which was a great deal I thought. It seems to be very clear and the rain guard does work. When cleaning my 209x45 encore, I always run hot water down the barrel in the tub and every scope I have tried has fogged on the outside but the Bushnell was good to go. I also got the Burris Double dovetail base and the signature rings. The rings have plastic inserts in them. At first i wasn't to impressed but after mounting them,they seem like they will work good and they won't scratch your scope. They also offer the inserts that work like ecentrics if you don't have enough movement in your scope. Thanks again, Don
