Is it safe to start at the bottom with the small case size of the 38 S&W of go a hair lower than stated for the SPP on the chart. That is what I am scared of the pressure. I am reloading for a Victory model S&W revolver with a 1 In. barrel I have i inherited. It has been bored for 38 special somewhere in distant past. Had it checked by a good gunsmith. It is tight but I would love to use 38S&W loads.
