Good morning everyone it's a nice balmy 14* this morning and no snow....  ;D we are suppose to have some warmer temps up today into the low 40's so pack along those tank tops and shorts and get some sun.  Well tiz the Tax Time Season upon us, and yesterday I worked on ours over there... not much of a refund coming yet but still trying to find something more for a higher return.  Sure was nice when I could claim the kids  ::)

Anyway I like being up at 3am because the house is quiet, and a man can think and ponder.

A fine morning . Let the dog out @ 4 AM , 0 degrees no wind , clear skies . Almost like one could reach up and pick the stars from the sky . 
Working on taxes here also . My dear old dad always said it was a pleasure to pay taxes , it ment you made some money . He was a kid in the 20's married in 1932 survived the depression era with little or no money , survived life on the farm . He knew what it was not to pay taxes . :)

Doug , hope the check up goes well . If you find some scrap to cut , bring it over .

How does one set the time for our local Zone ?

Good morning everyone.  14 degrees here in Cut Bank also.  Little bit of fog when the dogs went out.

Ernie to set time  click on profile in the banners near the top of the page. In the Modify proflie list that comes up on the left, click on preferences and you will find the time offset menu.

Well the wife just showed up to wrap the knee in saran wrap so I can shower..seeya

Smart man Jon...leave the answering machine on...how did you know I was going to stick you with bill for coffee. ;D   We were just past West glacier when you called.

Doctor vist  was post op visit and  he said I am doing good on my rehab. Told him about the sharp pains I was having with one of the exercises...he said that's what the pain pills are for. I was looking for sympathy.  Got after me for not using the walker, but said if I was going to use a walking stick at least use it the correct hand. Took out my 27 staples, 1 through 24 were fine 25 through 27 stung like the devil.

I actually can get up doing things now.  Remarkable considering two weeks ago I had total kne replacement surgery.

Wife put me in my place at Wal-mart today.   For years in the privacy of my car so only my wife can hear, when ever I have to wait for dottering old people to walk across in front of me as they come out the store I always rudely and crudely say "Target!"  My wife always tells me how impolite iti is to say that, and one day....Today as I am dottering out of Walmart with my wounded knee and walking stick and the cars are stopping for me, the wife says "hows it feel to be the target!" I thought I was going to fall down laughing.  She has been waiting for years to say that to me.

Geeeeese Doug!  I was wondering what was going on with you but didn't want to be rude and ask!   :o  Give it time, do what the Doc tells you and get back to 100%!   :-*
