You know I suspect in time that you will not be able to find single Person that voted for Obama with the exception of the "acorn crowd" of course, and there are not enough of them to elect anyone even if they vote twice, which they probably did!

I agree in full RT. If McCain had not shown his true colors, and RAN TO D.C. to TRY AND TAKE CREDIT of spearheading the FIRST STIMULAS BILL, he probably would have won the election. As I have said, he and other Republicans are merely the other side of the SAME COIN.

McCain came with too much liberal baggage.  There was the Kennedy-McCain amnesty for illegal aliens bill, the McCain-Lieberman "close the gunshow loophole bill",  and the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform law.  It is ironic that McCain was not able to raise soft money from the Republican fat cats because of the campaign finance law that he dreamed up:  Poetic justice.

Never saw one Republican senator stump for McCain during the election campaign.  Pay back for McCain's efforts go give amnesty to his beloved illegal aliens.

Obama has announced that he will reveal his plan for cuts in military defense spending spending in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet at the same time he is escalating troop levels , without any objective stated , in Afghanistan.

It is my understanding that he is getting all kinds of warnings from, the ones that do the fighting, the military. They are telling him its a disaster in the making. Many in the CIA are under the radar screaming that his approach to their work will cripple it even more.

Lets see: Our military is undermanned now. Strained to the breaking point. So the best thing is to enter on a large scale a war in the most difficult terrain in the world located in the most remote region of the world. The start canceling defense contracts Raptor and so on. Cut back on all areas of defense to save  money to support programs for the arts.

Yes sir, they show us every single minute of every day that they are completely incompetant.

Our defeat and withdrawal from Afghanistan will be quick because these liberal cowards will not be able to deal with the casualty rates to come.

Afgahnistan was the Democrats attempt to overcome the branding that they were weak on Defense. They started on the drum claiming Iraq was the wrong War and the Wrong Place. Ooops now they are in charge and are trying to backup their BIG MOUTH with the blood of ours soldiers. While at the same time they take apart the military and CIA.

They want the CIA to conduct themselves as if they were the Metropolitain Police they know nothing of War nor what brutal means are needed at times to protect them. This ain't no movie this is the real deal and they are not up to the task.

Well RT, I believe you just about covered it. There isn't now, nor has there been since 1945, a politician with sand to do what it takes to win a war.
Police actions are nothing more than Sacrificial Altars for our loyal American Troops, whom serve our country.
My son is a Staff Sgt. in the 82nd Airborne. He has one tour in Afghanistan, and two in Iraq. He is getting out in April and has had enough of this foolishness. I sincerely hope that he has the good sense to stay out. Our government has long since lost it's way.

With our country being as messed up as it is and our government screwing up so badly. I feel that our troops will grow tired of fighting for the so called right reason. Everytime we hear about sending more troops someplace it usually means that the American people have been lied to again. I appreciate what these soldiers do for us and in no way want to disrespect any of them. I feel like we are going to see more soldiers leave the military simple because they are tired of the lies. As Dee said enough of the foolishness.

My grandson is in a Marine aviation squadron, he maintains the helicopter engines, was just sent to Afgahnistan. I know the dangers and try like hell to hold on tight in the belief that he will be all right.

Yet, each day that i watch these damn fools talk the crap they do i really start sweating it. I am proud of him  and told him that he was in fact doing a noble thing. I told him that living or dieing in a war is chance in most cases, just do his job and do it well. Nothing but your training and your weapon will keep you alive and not to take any chances, that is pause to think before firing, just a second or much less can decide your fate. There are some here that know excactly what i am talking about. He was scared i could tell and i told him that we were all scared all the time. If this bunch in office leads him and the others to the slaughter and then abandons them i will never forgive.

If they continue the course cutting money and weapons systems and then let these politicians map out the war I hope everyone of them get out as soon as possible. Afgahnistan will be a terrible defeat for America with terrible cost in lives. If they do not have the guts to commit fully they are going to regret it and many young men are going to die for nothing.
