I've got one in stainless, from the Lipsey's special run a few years back.

I really like mine, I think it has great balance. It's my favorite of the MKIIs, and I've owned or shot just about all of their configurations.

I just use mine primarily for plinking. It seems like it just about aims itself, jumping from one tin can to the next... On the other hand, I don't think it shoots much different than a KMK512. The KMK512 is a lot easier to find, as well.

I'd also like to find a KMK512GC, the "slabside" version of the KMK512. I would think that it would balance much like the 4" bull...

Happy shopping!

Mine will shoot one-hole at 25 yards with Federal Bulk ammo from Wal-Mart. It will shoot very tight at 50 yards with the ammo it likes. In other words, the gun shoots much better than I can!  I think that you will like the balance and accuracy. Happy hunting!

I have a Tasco red dot on mine and it is deadly on tin cans and steel gongs.  A good shooter and will function with all ammo.

I have 3 MKII's, a 4", a 5 1/2", and a 6 7/8", and I enjoy shooting all of them. I shoot mostly informal target, and squirrel hunting, I find myself using the 4"er more often than the others, this might be because of aging eyes, but I really like that 4"er.
