The hint I would give you is that RL-15 goes very will with the 375 H&H Magnum. Since you'll be shooting the cartridges in a single shot rifle, the bullets don't need to be crimped. For bullets, I go with 270 or 300 grain bullets from Speer, Sierra and Hornady. I tried Barnes bullets but they didn't give the best accuracy and are pretty expensive to just be plinking and hunting small stuff with.
Once thing I found is that over RL-15, Hornady's 300 gr. FMJ RN bullets and 300 gr. BT Spire Points hit at the same place at 100 yards. This is handy because you can use the FMJs on animals you don't want much hide damage on and the Spire Points where you want an expanding bullet.
Oh, and keep your face away from the scope unless you want stitches.
