Stimulus Bill sneaks in Gun control

http://snardfarker.ning.com/profiles/blogs/obamas-stimulus-bill-includes

There were a lot of reasons that Obama and Pelosi didnt want anyone reading the final draft on this Bill.
1100 pages ,and i believe they only had 8 hours to read it in the middle of the night before it went back for the vote that passed it.
Some Congressmen admit they didnt read it and didnt care , so Obama could have put anything he wanted into this Bill.
He did set aside Massive funds for ACORN , And his little personal Army of thugs.

I am waiting for a copy of what the ARRL  is saying about provisions in this for the Fairness Doctrine.
It looks like they also have a way of Banning Short Wave radio Transmissions ,and as fair as receivers They are discussing eliminating more bands bringing it down to plain old AM Radio.
The BBC world net said ,there hasnt been a move like this sense Hitler.
England relied heavily on its use of Short Wave during to Battle for Briton.

Folks it isnt only our right to Bear and keep Arms under attack here ,its also your right to free speech.
Even the USSR didnt ban Short Wave , there were just none available and no one had any money.
I will post anything i hear on my radio forum , but we need to stick together on this .
Your right to own a gun for self protection is as sacred as your right to own a Radio to be informed.

Radio may well be your last line in the sand if any Government went Rouge .
The Internet would also fall in this category , The Fairness Doctrine has measures in it that would allow you to access only certian web sites approved by the Government.
In this time i Command ,That you take the Secular to Jerusalem .
There you rid the Holy City of the Scourge of Islam , Make the streets run red with the Blood of those who wish to wash Israel and Christianity from the face of the Earth.

Anyone know where one can actually find a copy of the entire bill to read for ourselves?

"According to the NRA ILA letter it is a false rumor, there is no gun control issues in the stimilus package."

Why is this not a surprise??? But it was on the way to becoming another rightie myth/lie.

Another example of a rightie myth/lie is the one about our financial problems being caused by the government FORCING banks to loan to unqualified individuals. That is absolutely false. the act that is referred to made it illegal for banks to redline neighborhoods but it did not force any lending institution to loan to the unqualified .. they did that one their own

There are some on the right that understand and will take advantage of knee jerks who will both believe and pass along some of these myth/lies

I was a TV news photographer in the 70s when the red line issue came up in Youngstown. In reality, the red line areas where places that no one in their right mind would loan money on a house.  Banks were told to loan the money anyhow.  I doubt that has anything to do with today's problems, but it was an example of government intervention.

"Banks were told to loan the money anyhow"

Can you provide the wording in the law that FORCED banks to loan money? I can't prove that something doesn't exist

I can't help you there as it was a long time ago.  All I remember was that we did several stories at the time.  As I remember (and my memory gets worse every year) this was about the time we had civil disorders in Y-town (riots if you were a news cameraman).  There were a lot of changes at the time.  I remember we hired a minority affairs director to comply with FCC doctrine. Actually, it was a good thing as we got some excellent African-American reporters that treated their camera dudes a lot better than the narcissistic white reporters.
