Does anyone know of good bread recipies to go into the dutch oven?

If you put the bread pan in the dutch oven, you can bake any kind you normally would. But set the bread pan on some small rocks so it won't burn.

Any bread recepie that you like will do well in a dutch oven. I don't fool with extra pans, I just bake in the DU. The only problem is in the control of the heat, you'll burn a loaf or two and have a couple that are burned on the outside and raw in the middle, but with just a little practice, you'll have some of the best breads to be had. Canned biscuits are an easy starter for learning how to control the heat, as is corn bread. Loaf breads are no more difficult in a DU than a regular oven after you get the hang of it. Breads are a great way to break in a new dutch oven.
