The laws in Florida are somewhat vague when it comes to folding "pocket" knives.    Generally they are exempt from all the CCW requirements if they are deemed a "common pocket knife".   Unfortunately the Florida State Statute 790 does not define what a "Common Pocket Knife" is.   

I don't leave home without my 4" folder.
