I shoot a ported Undertaker out of my 1100 Remington. I put 25 pellets in the head of a turkey silouhette target at 40 yards with 2-3/4" Win. # 4 shot.
There isn't a whole lot of science to chokes, a choke is simply a tube that forces the shot into a smaller diameter hole at the muzzle end. From one choke to another, whether it be a $20 one like the two you mentioned, or an $80 dollar one, they all work the same way. Some may have a little fancier porting, or no porting than others, or be made out of different steels, but bottom line is they all work the same way, and either one you mentioned would make a good choke for you. I would look at the constriction of each and go with the smallest one, which should give the tightest pattern. Most turkey chokes are classified as super full, and any one of them should work well. The Undertaker for my Remington is .665" the same as many much more expensive chokes. As with any gun you may need to shoot several loads before you find one your gun/choke likes best.
