Primer for .44 Mag
«

Got a new Ruger SBH and will have to scrounge primers. I haven't loaded .44Mag before and my manual says CCI350 which I can't find. I'm gonna have to buy what I can find, what can I substitute?

I like using Winchester large pistol primers cause they work in both standard and magnum type loads.

Any make large pistol primer is pretty much the same just watch your loads when loading close to max levels.

I usually use WLP primers myself, but as Badnews Bob said there really isn`t much difference.
