Hey Sourdough... just wondering if you know where this huge concentration camp outside of Fairbanks is?  According to the article it will hold 2 MILLION people.  It will have railway and roads leading to it.  It is supposedly staffed and guarded now.  I've looked all over the Fairbanks area on Google Earth but can't find any facility the size of a large city hidden in the bush up there.  I figure locals would have to know if there were really something like that up there.

Anyone been to check out the one near Beaumont, TX?

Watched em build that whole complex out there! It all being used right now to house Obama supporters!

Young ones and old ones, If they arent they will be(Obama supporters). And when they need the room for US taxpayers, they can let em out, heck they haven't done much to have to be in there, Whats wrong with a stolen car or a drive by shooting anyway?  There are bigger fish to fry, something has to be done about these pesky gun, and bible tot'n taxpayers.

Google earth views are at least 5 to 6 years old. In some cases perhaps older. They are not allowed by government mandate to update them any newer than that to prevent us from knowing what the government is doing.

In the case of the one for my area here it still shows the swamp that used to be at the front of my property and far more rows in my orchard than have been there in close to four years now. It shows only the initial phase of my barn which makes me think it is maybe as much as six years old.

Don't depend on any available aieral map to tell you what an area looks like today.

One of them listed is Camp Perry. And they just got a million dollar grant to upgrade to newer moduals with air conditioning and flush toilets. If your going to get sent to one, try and get sent here. If they let ya bring your rifle, there is a 1000yd range at one end, and maybe ya can sneak out to CheeseHaven in town. Or go walleye fishing in Lake Erie.  gypsyman

It's true you can't do much with a few hundred soldiers controlling a country this size, in actual military situations, but you can control communications, railroads, electrical grids, pipelines, and major highways and bridges. It wouldn't take much more than  a few men to stop rail traffic, by manning the control centers.  The satellite uplinks for the major TV and radio networks, internet could be seized with a small group. Many parts of this country would be cold, dark and hungry in short order.  After a week or so after some manufactured or coincidental emergency, hungry, cold, sick and disorganized people could be loaded into FEMA busses for short ride to an aid station to get food, medical attention, a hot shower, and a bunk. Sorry, you can't bring any of your emergency gear with you, as space is limited. Don't forget your papers.

As Hillary Clinton said recently, "Never waste a good crisis"
http://conservativemeanderings.wordpress.com/2009/03/07/alinsky-fan-clinton-tells-europeans-never-waste-a-good-crisis/

The small size of the group is just another trick anyway. The whole idea is just to get it formed. Once it exists it can be fed money and men under the table and can grow to any size they need. You know the story about the camel getting into the tent. He just puts his nose under the tent and then when he's not stopped, it's his head, then his neck, his front legs. Then you see you really have a problem: too late.

This whole idea is wrong on so many levels. It is ripe for abuse. One man's "emergency team' is another's goon squad or Praetorian Guard.

There is areas East of Elmendorf AFB owned by both the Air Force and the Army that have railroad running through them.  There is also runways back there where C-130s land.  No road access.

Ft Wainwright and Eielson AFB have big tracks of land, bigger than some states, South and East of Fairbanks.  Access is limited and restricted  to all these areas.  They can do anything they want out there and no one will ever know about it.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
