the 2 million $ RV
« on: March 17, 2009, 12:22:12 PM »
Whats you folks camping style,

The 2 million $ RV or something simplier.

TO me, camping is one setting where less is more. How about you?

Depends on what I'm doing and where I am.
Most of the time camping is in a tent with a cot, and we are hunting.  Good night sleep is paramount.
Other times we are in a trailer, again hunting where we do not have a lot of time and ease is paramount.
Most of the time it's about the food.
Last camp out I made A racks of lamb for lunch with a salad and some rice.
and for Dinner was ribeyes with mushrooms and onions, mashed potatos, and salad.

Bob,
I'll let you know when we are headed out this fall.
I'll cut an extra 1.25" ribeye for ya. Oh yea all red meat is done meduim rare. I drink bass beer so if you want something else, you need to bring it.

A good, dry tent, a Coleman (gas) stove, "cowboy coffee", and a campfire to roast hotdogs over!

I'm a primitive nomad, that's why I prefer camping in tents for the good old feel of the olden camping days. sigh*
