Ten states getting ready for massive tax increases...

..Ten states; AZ, CN, DE, IL, MA, NJ, OR, WA, and WI are looking at massive state tax increases, while CA and NY have already done so.
 Is it "just a coincidence" that these states are dominated and run by LIBERALS ?

You forgot one, ironglow.  Vermont just recently tried to put a 5 cent tax on gasoline to support socialist spending. The senate somehow (they must have all been giddy over their victory on the gay marriage thing) removed this from a bill.  Now the big switch is to a "temporary surcharge" on income--again for social programs.  This state is not only dominated, but completely taken over by liberal socialists.  But your list of 10 states comes in really handy... I'm looking for a part of what's left of America to move to--not to be a carpetbagger, but just to live out my days in among patriotic, god-fearing Americans. This list of state look like they may not qualify.  I know that my native state no longer does.

Actually, I wonder if we have more crooks and hucksters in office than liberals, or a new hybrid - the  "Chi-town green* granola gun-ban gangstas".

Yes, we are looking at a lot more taxes and there is a connection.  Too bad we get so little benefit from the dollars we spend.
