Tomato blight treatment
« on: May 12, 2009, 01:47:51 AM »
I am trying something new this year. I was told by an old fellow I worked with last week that you tear a hole in the middle of a couple layer of newspaper and plant you tomato plants in the center. He said i keeps the blight away, we'll see.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

In theory in could help in that the blight you're talking about is most likely a spore that is in the soil. When there is any rain the rain will splash the spores up onto the plant. You have to consider that there is also dust blowing around all the time and the spores blow around with the dust. you might be better off to obtain plants that are resistant.
