There is a pistol shoot at the Jesse James Farm in Kearney Missouri on September 20th. Registration is at 8 am. THis is the website
http://www.jessejames.org/ The shoot is cap and ball and cartridge. The targets are at 5, 10 and 15 yards. On the site are pics from some of the other shoots. I think it is 15$ to participate. People usually have several guns around if you don't have one of your own, someone will let you participate with theirs. Dressing up is encouraged but not required. It is in conjunction with Kearney Missouri's Jesse James celebration.
