East TN Lease

If anybody is interested in joining a hunting lease in East TN, we have some vacancies. Land is North of Monterry and has a large hog population, of course deer, turkey etc as well. 953 acre lease, $310 per annum plus $10 a month club dues. At the moment there are 8/9 of us on the lease. Looking to increase but 12 maximum. Lease is due up end of May. Let me know if anyone is interested.

The lease is in Fentress county, between Monterry and Jamestown. It is an old logging area and the whole mountain is hunting leases. There is one main old logging road running through the whole property and a few other little tracks all accessible by ATV. The lease looks like a peninsular and is surrounded by creeks on 3 sides. Normal Plateau type of terrain, hills and terraces.
Several GBO members have been up there, Oldyardog got his first hog, Lonnie and Maximus saw all the sign but were unlucky. I have photos if anyone needs to see them.
