1894 is jammed up.

My BIL was shooting my 94 Cowboy in 32 H&R. When he was cycling the action the lever became extreamly hard to open all the way. The fired case was not full extraqcted and a new round was starting to come up. I managed to get the lever to the open positiona nd eject the empty and dump out the loaded round. When I tried to close the bolt anouther round started to come out of the magazine and now I cannot get the lever closed or the loaded round out. I cannot follow the normal disassemble, because I cannot get the action to close.

Just take the lever screw out and slide out the lever. It will come apart and the just reassemble as normal. That happens sometimes.

same thing happened to a friends gun so many times they replaced it . Something about fitting .

Check all your screws on both sides of the reciever to make sure they are tight. If they are loose it will cause the same condition as the "dreaded marlin jam".

Just take the lever screw out and slide out the lever. It will come apart and the just reassemble as normal. That happens sometimes.

 Worked like a charm. The carrier screw was a little loose. I'm thinking this was the cause of the jam.

Good Deal, Yep the carrier screw will cause that mine would work loose some till I put purple locktite on them. It will do it on shorter bullets also so I never use .38 cases anymore.
