It's 47 degrees and the stars are out, up a bit early this morning...shouldn;t have had that late nught snack last night---I just can't seem to learn.

Not much on my agenda today.   Going to rewire the lathe and then bolt it down and level it.  Then I should be able too straighten up the shop a bit. I need to run up to Southpaws and use his table saw and do some dado'ing to build  my reloading bench.

I have to build some some Zulu shields for the Victorian Rifleman shoot in June.  I haven't figured out what tragets to make for the Cannon Shoot in August.  Anybody got any ideas?

Hey good morning everyone.  Well while Mike was here from California we headed out to the property that I hunt to see if we could find some sheds.  Well the snow at the property, which actually is the otherside of Bigfork still is holding some pretty good snow in alot of places.  I actually need more time, and several others packing firearms because of bears, to actually look.  The bears are out, and sows got cubs with them now.

My daughter shot this one of me by the cabin.

Howdy everybody,
Yesterday, my girfriend, her two kids and I loaded up in the car and headed to Lake Como for our Easter day.  We walked the 1 1/2 mile hike up to the waterfalls.  It was a very pleasant day indeed.
Today, the oldest boy attended his 3rd day of hunters education.  He is half way through now.  There is a rumor that he might be recieving a 1968 Marlin 30/30 from an uncle of his.  He doesnt know it yet, but we should be recieving the rifle on Friday or Saturday.  I am very excited for him.
This evenning his mom and I took a ride up Miller  Creek to look at some critters.  Mulies, Whitetails, and gobblers.
Gotta git'me a bigger ice box
