Is there anywhere I can buy bulk sabots ? I would like to buy 500 or 1000. I looked at MMP but only in qty of 50.

The folks at Harvester may cut you a bulk deal.  E-mail them from their sight.  They have answered mine promptly and put together a combo for me once.
