Good Morning ... slightly brisk out there ,north wind , currently 31 degrees , had a bit of moisture over night but no snow yet. Can't see the hills , I imagine they will be white when they reappear.

canon6 , sorry to hear of your loss. Is the new 30-30 a bolt or lever ? What grain bullets and type ?

Some scum bag stoled 3 pistols I had given to my son . One Ubrettie and 2 matched S&W  in .22 and .38
The son was always dragging home some down and outer to feed and patch up . The bum stoled his pistols . He never noticed it till later and no bum to be found . They never did turn up .  >:(

Off to Canada for parts run ...

May you all have a great day no matter the weather !! :)

It's 30 degrees and snowing this morning.  Big fluffy flakes the melt as soon as they hit the ground. We  need moisture, not flakes!!

Gun club meeting last night.  For me it's more planning going on for the two shoots I am putting on this summer.  I was directed to a piece of steel plate to make some targets...more projects.

Top of the mornin to ya!  I just got a call and I am going back to work on Tuesday.  Whhhhewww!  Now I can start buying gun parts. ;D
I am thinking about putting a Burris Fastfire II on my 444.
Hey, Doug, did you decide on a target design for your canon shoot?  That idea about outhouses was pretty darn funny, I thought.  I gave it some consideration, but a lot of my ideas seem to come loaded with possible political incorrectness.  It seems, when I think about it, the only group of people that are politicaly correct to target in historical rendition with canons are the Germans.  So I think of a silhoutte of WWI German tanks or motorcycle with sidecar or something like that.  Surely, not brilliant ideas.  How about pirates?  Seems rather timely, doent it?
  Y'all have a fine day.
