Tipping point in charitable giving?

At what point will US charitable giving collapse, as it did in Europe? The prevailing attitude in western Europe is that the government will take care of charity, so charity is very low relative to US giving.

Plus, osama wants to limit the tax deduction for charitable giving, if I heard and remember right.  This guy, and the congress, are true pieces of work   ::)   >:(

Probably when the churches are closed or start being taxed! thats on the agenda I'll bet.
or     When the people with money to give get no tax break for giving to charity.  OR BOTH!!!

All part of the leftist plan to harm Christianity and its influence on helping people. If their influence declines, the governments influence will rise allowing a power grad and consolidation by big government.

We can all see the darkness of  BIG government coming.     Red blooded americans are sickened by what's going on.      If man can't maintain the freedom he has established here, is there any other hope?  

 Those who want to bring in the NWO are licking their chops like a pack of wolves eager to devour their prey.    World wide, men in authority scheme against righteous men, making good seem evil, and evil good.  They are not afraid of God Almighty either.      

Oh; they can conquer men alright, but they've overlooked the one who created all things.   The one who destroyed the world with a flood.    Yep; He says to the righteous, hold your peace, be patient with me, I know what I'm doing.   I see what's going on.  I walk in the midst of the wicked and they don't even know it.    

Prepare yourselves you men who seek right and not wrong.   Pray that you be not found among them.     When the time is just right for me, I'll send my fire before me upon the whole earth, and pestilence shall follow close behind to utterly destroy the unjust, wicked and evil men.   Men who once new me and turned away, and men who are ignorant of me, and don't want to know me.       You'll see it.

This is the first thing that popped in to my mind and there is three more in affirmative in between.
I really don't look at it so much as being Charitable Giving but rather think of it as God's money. If you are paying your Tith, and in good faith, You can never out give God when it comes to blessings recieved.
