A couple of thoughts..
« on: April 15, 2009, 03:55:23 PM »
  A couple thoughts for today...

  COWS
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give each of them a cow..

THE CONSTITUTION
They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for  Iraq .... Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has worked for over 200 years, and we're not using it anymore.

Great thoughts IG.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

Yep Odrama says he wants a new basis for government! So I'd say they could at least rent it for the next 3 years!

I wonder how many of the Union workers that voted for him will be put out of work as a result of this...........Why can't these fools realize the ilegal is ilegal and amnesty is not the answer. ???

Jim Robb here with a critical ACTION ALERT from all of us at NumbersUSA.

The A.F.L.-C.I.O. and the "Change to Win" federation of unions are so concerned about the 13.2 million unemployed Americans—that they've announced they want to give millions of American jobs permanently to illegal aliens by supporting a mass amnesty!

The New York Times reported this morning that the Big Labor unions signed an accord that "endorses legalizing the status of illegal immigrants already in the United States. . ." The Times said this endorsement had been worked out by "consulting between the two [union] federations and with a variety of Hispanic organizations and advocate groups for immigrants."

This union sellout is the latest sign that every group in America that can make a fast buck on illegal immigration is lining up to push the gigantic amnesty backed by the Obama administration, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Our form of government isn't very portable. The constitution is part of it, but it really requires guys like Madison and Washington et al to make it work initially. The parliamentary method of the British is much more portable, so that's why we see it used so often in relatively new countries.

I must tell you' although my thread starter here was good, it wasn't original..having been sent to me. The liberal/union/democrat combine is ready to sell out our borders, sovereignty, security and individual rights..just to gain & keep power. If that sounds like the founding of the old Soviet Union..it's no coincidence.
Pitifully; the Republicans USED TO BE a bulwark against such abuse..the tea party folks are right, it's not about "parties"..
