He is alive!!!!

I had a response to the email I sent in March checking on his welfare.  His response is so typical of Richard, "YO BRO!! ....This unit is 10-98 (NYPD) Bindair Dundat."   

Don't know when he will be back on the board, but it is just good to hear from him and know he is alright.
