Controversy equals rating.  This show/contest has been dying for years.  I do not think it has been turned on in this home for 25 or more years.  I think the producers of the show knew what the question was going to be before it was asked.  I do not think they got the answer they wanted, and the scheme back fired and made America mad.  Clearly it is not a family show.
I checked for sponsors, and I might have missed some, but they are few.  They sell nothing I will buy. 
I think we will see Trump crash and burn soon.  His shady deals will catch up with him.  He has stink all over him from deals in Mexico.  I cannot even stand to watch commercials for his TV series.  I think his time is about up.
