Some said "OH MY GOD, IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN"
Just what in the HE-- did they think the people would think when the new Airforce 1 and two escort fighters did a super low fly by of NY City for a photo shoot?

This has to be the most stupidiest thing this adminstration has done so far!

What would you think if you saw another jet coming in that low in a city that went through the terrible ordeal of 9-11?

How dare them to put this country in a state of panic without so much as a little fore warning.
Not even the mayor of NY City was notified before this took place.

Please GOD, help us understand the mentality behind the nuts who are supposed to be leading this country.

Someone should have to answer for this.
How much did this cost?
Both in $$$ and the scare the people went through.

I may have made a mistake.
This may not have been the NEW AF1.
I just read another article that states it was a planed flight to update photos of AF1.

Either way it was a dumb move on their part!!!

I talked to a friend last night on the phone who said it didn't take long to get the heck out of his office on the 35th floor of an office building near ground zero.
He said there was no hesatation this time.
We just ran!

He said his wife called him three times to make sure he was safe.
The first time he couldn't understand what she was saying, she was so scared for him.

All it boiled down to is someone in the administration did something in a hurried and indulgent fashion without due regard for all tertiary and peripheral effects.

Get used to that occurrence.  I suspect it won't be the 1st time it happens.

In fact, I'm pretty sure that it isn't the first time.
