Best and brightest? Does honest have a place here also. The D.C. "Clown Syndicate", i.e. the Senate, Congress, and President are not lacking in brains. What they are lacking in is "scruples". Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, and Castro were all near genius. They just had no "moral compass".
Hussain, and Noriago were very bright. However, they were also ruthlessly evil.
No D.C. isn't lacking in the "brightest category". They are lacking in good ole fashioned "CHRISTIAN ETHEICS" and "COMMON SENSE" which is what the Constitution, and Bill of Rights were founded on. JMO
These men, although BRIGHT, do not want to serve. They want to RULE!
