Does the Hornady manual have any listing for the .357 Maximum, 180gr XTP and Lil' Gun?

Thanks.  I'll give them a call Monday.  It would seem to be right in the prime burn rate.

Sixth Edition has it.

The Load Data has been removed until I can get a confirmation from Hornady.

Thanks Bill.  Just to double check,  more than double the charge to get 200 fps from min to max???

Yes, as I'm reading it out of the book:

The load data has been removed until I can get a confirmation from Hornady

Bill

Edit: The 6th edition also has load data for the .357 Maximum for T/C with LIL' GUN

DATA ERROR DANGER!
Guys, what OR-E-Gun posted is accurate, but it cannot be correct.  In the same manual for the .357 Maxi in the T/C they list this data for the 180 XTP and Lil'Gun:

16.7 @ 1450
17.7 @ 1500
18.6 @ 1550
19.6 @ 1600
20.6 @ 1650
21.6 @ 1700

That's less than 4 grains of powder for a 200 fps gain in velocity - not over 11 grains as in the revolver data.  The data for the revolver simply does not make sense!  I suspect that trying to shoot 11 grains of Lil'Gun may result in a stuck bullet.  Beware!

Update:

Just got a reply from Hornady via email - tech@hornady.com

My question to them:
Looking at the Hornady 6th Edition Reloading Manual I have a question
concerning the load data for the .357 Remington Maximum using 180 gr.
HP-XTP and the LIL' Gun Powder.
The starting load listed is 10.4 gr.--Max. 22 gr.
Is that correct? I have been told that there might be a mistake in the manual,
but just wanted to check with Hornady to verify before loading.

Their reply:
William, No, the data is correct. Thanks for checking though.

If ButlerFord45 finds the information acceptable, I will let him repost the data.

I'm glad you checked, that was the right thing to do.  But I certainly don't trust the data.  Caveat emptor.

"But I certainly don't trust the data."
That's one reason I did not repost the load data. I'm sure your experience with LIL' GUN is far greater than mine and unless someone can say for a fact that the load data, as shown in the Hornady Manual, does indeed work well, I will not repost it.
Even though the Hornady tech stated the data was correct, and there is anyone on this forum who has a doubt about it's safety, the data won't be displayed by me.

I think I may start around 15 gr and go both ways across the chronograph.  Providing, of course that the weather cooperates!  I'll let you know how it goes.
