If you are exploring the hobby of reloading, I'd start with the Lee Loader. It's simple, easy, safe, and produces some high quality ammunition. I started this way and used my Lee Loaders for about a year before "graduating" to a Lee press. I find that I don't use the Lee press exclusively - every now and then, I return to loading with the Lee Loader.
I'd also get a powder scale. Again, I use a Lee product, the Lee Safety Scale.
And, ya gotta have a case trimmer because over time, the brass case will stretch due to firing, and they will need to be cut back in order to fit in the breech.
You must understand that reloading will not save you any money. It's true that the cost of each cartridge will be less, the number that you will shoot will rise exponentially and you will be spending more money.
And, having more fun.
