I have a friend who built his own bow from osage orange, some years ago, and it came out during our annual hog hunt again this year.  Where can I get the help I need to do the same thing??  A longbow/selfbow in the 50-55 lb range would be excellent.  Thanks for your help in advance!  :D

Take a look at traditional archer or traditional archery magazine (not sure which name it goes by)  There should be a ton of info and sources.  I do make longbows and recurves, but not self bows, so I cannot give you the scoop on them.  if you decide to make laminate bows, go to www.binghamprojects.com.
