First, remove the crosspin and see if the sight blade is loose in the slot - it may need a thin shim slipped down into the slot alongside the bottom part of the blade.
Then, clamp the sight (either with or w/o a shim as needed) in it's slot. (clamp from the top of the blade and the bottom of the barrel)
Redrill the crosspin hole with the next biggest drill bit that will just barely not be able to fit in the hole.
Then, reverse the drill bit, using it's shank as the new crosspin for the hole you just sized - grinding it to length before locktiteing it's final installation.
