best way to save $ on ammo

Went to the range today with the Handi sporting a 12 gauge Tracker 1. Plus 3 boxes of birdshot and 3 boxes of slugs. Wearing a T shirt. 20 rounds of birdshot and 1 slug later I was done. Ouch. Back to the 20 gauge.

    I shoot my 12's when needed but just the other day I was going through some stuff and found about 80 rounds of #6 20 ga. I stood there looking at it and tried to think of just why I had gotten rid of my 20.

  I must have had a break down in my thought process.

  You boys need to get one with a 3 1/2 chamber. Then some turkey shells3 1/2  2 1/2 oz shot.  They will tell the men from the boys. By the 3rd one of them you need a big can of pretend I an tough.   Clark
